Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We process cancellation requests within 1-2 business days, and refunds for canceled orders are typically issued within 5-7 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically appears within 7-10 business days after we process the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
